Last week’s Clarins media luncheon was a crash course in understanding the unique innovation of the Clarins brand. As a new fan of their products, I was delighted to learn more about their research-based approach to plant ingredients and sustainable beauty. Their four franchises (Multi-Active, Daily Energizer, Extra-Firming and Super Restorative) are individual lines specifically created for different skin groups, and the limited edition extensions to the Clarins makeup line were something to note. Defined by “Day” and “Night”, the 5-shade eyeshadow palettes were designed to be effortlessly easy to apply. New formulations to the eyebrow pencils have me excited about this year’s big brow trend and the new lip liners are specifically created to prevent bleeding for their extensive range of 25 updated lip shades. Radiance Booter Franchise: The “Daily Energizer Lovely Lip Balm” is my kind of lip balm. This limited edition balm customizes colour based on the pH balance of your body, creating a natural shade. Added bonus: it smells like peaches.
Super Restorative Franchise: The newly improved Remodelling Serum is easily absorbed and smells amazing, and was described to me as “spanx for your face and décolletage”. A must buy!
