Actress Ellen Pompeo showed us that you can look amazing at any age! The Grey’s Anatomy star was seen at the People’s Choice Award red carpet event wearing an Elie Saab jumpsuit showing off her figure and a slight tease of skin. Her secret to looking fabulous? A hearty, energy rich diet which composes of fiber-rich bananas, mangoes which is packed with Vitamin C, garbanzo beans and eggs for protein. Being a busy, working mom doesn’t stop her from being healthy. She does so successfully by really taking the time to workout. Her core workout includes the use of the stability ball for toned abs and a combination of planks and sit-ups. She also prepares her meals ahead of time. “On Sundays, I pre-make everything for salads. I boil a dozen eggs and parboil beets. I chop lettuce,cilantro, scallions and parsley and put it all in ziplock bags. During the week, I just grab handfuls, add dressing, dump in a can of beans, some goat cheese, and I’m ready to go” she states at an interview with SELF. Though surrounded with criticism and ridiculous speculations regarding her weight, she simply brushes them off and moves on from it. Is confidence her real secret weapon?
