1. What or who inspired you to model?
Tyra Banks helped inspire me to become a model. I have always admired and looked up to her confident and fun yet fierce personality.
2. If you had the chance to meet your favourite supermodel, who would that be?
I would live to meet Coco Rocha. She grew up in the San Juan islands and now is so successful. I admire her for coming from a small community and now being international.
3. Do you remember your first gig, if so what was it?
My very first Photoshoot, I was 13. I was nervous but excited at the same time. It ended up being a lot of fun though.
The first designer I walked for at VFE was papillon. I was pretty nervous then too but it was an amazing experience. I ended up doing their spring catalog in 2013!
4. As a model do you prefer editorial work or runway
I like both because you get to be like a different person. The emotion you display depends on the clothes and I love it! I prefer runway more though because of the adrenaline and that you get when you first step onto the runway.
5. If you could pick one designer to model for, who would it be and why?(runway or editorial)
Victorias Secret! I really want to become a Victoria Secret Angel, they are all so confident and bubbly. It would be very hard work getting there but once you do get there I think it would definitely be worth it.
6.What is your favourite part of Vancouver Fashion Week?
I have participated in 2 seasons of Vancouver fashion week before. My favourite part is definitely meeting new people and seeing all the unique clothes from around the world.
