Toronto, ON – October 1st, 2014: Pink Tartan is pleased to introduce its new e-commerce site, including a virtual concept of its flagship location at 77 Yorkville Avenue in Toronto, launching today.
Located in a transformed heritage building in the heart of Toronto’s stylish Yorkville, the Pink Tartan boutique is now a refined virtual shopping experience to be enjoyed worldwide. Filled with the entire Pink Tartan collection and a carefully curated selection of objects, books and complementary designer pieces to illustrate President and Head Designer Kimberley Newport-Mimran’s inspirations, the virtual concept store is a browser’s delight.
“I have always wanted to expand our offering to include full lifestyle and now, our customer will be able to shop our bricks and mortar experience from any device,” says Newport-Mimran of the launch.
Newport-Mimran opened the Pink Tartan flagship in 2010 to house her collection and carefully edited brands that include clothing, home and lifestyle, accessories and beauty. To help her expand Pink Tartan globally she has appointed Vicky Shaughnessy as director of e-commerce. Visitors to the site can expect the concept shop online to be updated regularly with new collections and findings, as reflected in-store.
